Little hitchhiker

...not really. This is my grandmother as a little girl in the late '40s or very early '50s. I don't know much about this photo, but I would guess that her family was on vacation out west somewhere. I have a slide from (I think) the same vacation, of my great grandfather standing at mount Rushmore.
